Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026 · Last updated August 17, 2026

See also the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SuiteOne platform and applicable SuiteOne products and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by:

SuiteOne LLC 614 Walmart Dr PMB #109 Farmington, MO 63640-3315 United States

Contact: hello@suiteone.app

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services after these Terms become effective, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. SuiteOne and Its Products

SuiteOne provides a shared platform supporting independently focused products.

The SuiteOne property-product ecosystem currently includes:

  • ListingOne;
  • CommunityOne;
  • RentalOne;
  • PropertyOne.

SuiteOne may also offer other current or future SuiteOne products and services.

SuiteOne may provide shared services including:

  • authentication;
  • accounts;
  • memberships;
  • billing;
  • product entitlement;
  • Account Center;
  • security;
  • platform preferences;
  • other common services.

Individual products may provide their own workflows, functionality, terminology, and product-specific terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a commercial SuiteOne account.

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so and can enter into a binding agreement.

If you use SuiteOne on behalf of a company, brokerage, association, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf to the extent required for your use.

SuiteOne does not currently independently verify that ListingOne users hold professional real-estate licenses or credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that your professional activities comply with applicable licensing, brokerage, advertising, fair-housing, MLS, and other requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining reasonable control over your credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

You should promptly contact SuiteOne if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

SuiteOne may require additional authentication or verification to protect an account or respond to security concerns.

4. SuiteOne Accounts and Product Access

A SuiteOne account may provide access to one or more SuiteOne products.

Access to a particular product may depend on:

  • account membership;
  • subscription or entitlement;
  • ownership or authorization;
  • product-specific requirements.

Having a SuiteOne account does not automatically mean that every SuiteOne product is included.

SuiteOne may require you to select the SuiteOne account through which a product subscription or workspace will operate.

5. ListingOne Individual

The initial ListingOne Commercial-v1 offering is:

ListingOne Individual — $29 per month per seat

ListingOne Individual is a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

There is currently no general free trial unless SuiteOne expressly offers one.

ListingOne functionality currently includes supported workflows for preparing property information and producing marketing content such as:

  • MLS Listing Content;
  • Facebook Listing Posts;
  • Instagram Listing Posts;
  • Saved Listings;
  • versioned marketing work;
  • supported copy, export, or manual-delivery workflows.

ListingOne does not currently provide direct publishing to Facebook, Instagram, or MLS providers unless SuiteOne expressly introduces and identifies such functionality in the future.

Additional features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Paid SuiteOne products may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

For ListingOne Individual, the current standard commercial offer renews monthly at the price disclosed when you subscribe unless:

  • you cancel;
  • SuiteOne terminates or suspends the subscription as permitted by these Terms;
  • the subscription is otherwise ended according to its applicable billing terms.

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring charges and applicable taxes according to the disclosures presented during purchase.

Material subscription information should be presented before purchase, including the applicable:

  • product;
  • price;
  • billing frequency;
  • recurring nature of the subscription.

SuiteOne currently uses Stripe to process subscription payments.

SuiteOne does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card credentials as part of its normal application database.

7. Payment

You agree to provide valid payment information through SuiteOne's supported payment provider when purchasing a paid Service.

You are responsible for charges properly incurred through your account and for maintaining an appropriate payment method for recurring subscriptions.

A checkout session, payment attempt, or return from a payment-provider page does not itself guarantee product access.

SuiteOne determines product access based on authoritative subscription and entitlement state.

If payment or entitlement cannot be confirmed, access to paid product functionality may remain unavailable.

8. Taxes

Prices displayed by SuiteOne may not include taxes unless expressly stated.

Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected where required and where SuiteOne's billing systems are configured to do so.

You remain responsible for taxes or governmental charges applicable to your purchase except for taxes imposed on SuiteOne's own income.

SuiteOne does not promise a particular tax treatment in every jurisdiction.

9. Promotions

SuiteOne may offer promotional pricing, promotional codes, discounts, credits, or other special offers from time to time.

Promotional offers may:

  • be limited to eligible customers;
  • apply only for a stated period;
  • contain additional conditions;
  • expire;
  • be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotional pricing does not permanently alter the recurring price that applies after the promotional period.

The terms presented with a particular promotion control that promotion.

10. Price Changes

SuiteOne may change subscription prices in the future.

SuiteOne intends to provide advance notice before a changed recurring subscription price applies to a future billing period for an existing customer.

The amount and method of legally required notice may depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the subscription.

11. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, SuiteOne or its payment provider may attempt to collect the payment again.

SuiteOne does not promise a fixed grace period unless such a period is expressly offered.

Product access may be limited, suspended, or ended when the applicable subscription is not in good standing.

A failed payment does not authorize SuiteOne to bypass its normal billing and entitlement controls.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal of a paid subscription using the supported subscription-management process made available by SuiteOne, currently including Stripe-based billing management where applicable.

Cancellation of a product subscription is different from deletion of your SuiteOne account.

Cancellation may stop future renewal while other account information and historical customer work remain preserved according to the applicable product, account, retention, and legal requirements.

The exact effective time of cancellation and any continued access through a paid billing period depend on the actual subscription state and applicable billing rules.

13. Refunds

Subscription charges that have been properly billed are generally non-refundable except:

  • where required by applicable law; or
  • where SuiteOne expressly approves a refund.

SuiteOne does not currently promise prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless expressly stated.

This business policy is subject to applicable consumer-protection and subscription laws.

14. Historical Work After Subscription Ends

Ending a SuiteOne product subscription ends productive use of that product unless another valid entitlement exists.

It does not automatically make customer-created historical work inaccessible.

For ListingOne, a former or currently non-entitled customer may retain authorized read-only access to their own historical ListingOne work where the product supports that access.

Without current entitlement, productive actions may be restricted, including:

  • creating new listings;
  • modifying historical listings;
  • generating or regenerating marketing content;
  • uploading new media;
  • recording new delivery activity;
  • performing other entitlement-gated product actions.

Historical access remains subject to:

  • valid authentication;
  • account membership;
  • ownership;
  • tenant isolation;
  • security controls;
  • applicable retention requirements.

Historical access does not create a right to another customer's information or to information associated with an account for which you no longer have valid authorization.

15. Customer Content

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide to SuiteOne.

"Customer Content" may include, depending on the Service:

  • property information;
  • listing facts;
  • listing stories;
  • photographs;
  • media;
  • documents;
  • professional information;
  • branding;
  • community or property records;
  • instructions;
  • other materials you provide.

You grant SuiteOne the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the Services you request.

Those operational permissions may include the ability to:

  • host;
  • store;
  • reproduce technically;
  • process;
  • organize;
  • transform at your direction;
  • transmit to service providers where necessary;
  • display to authorized users;
  • use as input to requested generation workflows;
  • create requested outputs;
  • export or deliver content according to product functionality.

SuiteOne does not acquire ownership of your Customer Content merely because you use the Services.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to provide Customer Content and use it through the Services.

16. AI-Assisted and Generated Content

Certain SuiteOne products may use artificial-intelligence services to assist with content generation.

For example, ListingOne may use property facts, Listing Story information, professional/contact information, instructions, and other relevant inputs to help generate property-marketing content.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may:

  • contain errors;
  • omit information;
  • phrase information unexpectedly;
  • require editing;
  • require professional judgment;
  • be unsuitable for a particular use without review.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, distributing, or delivering it.

This includes reviewing, where applicable:

  • factual accuracy;
  • property characteristics;
  • price;
  • dates;
  • contact information;
  • advertising claims;
  • fair-housing considerations;
  • professional rules;
  • MLS requirements;
  • brokerage requirements;
  • applicable laws and regulations.

SuiteOne does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or appropriate for every use.

17. Use of Generated Output

SuiteOne intends for customers to be able to use ListingOne-generated outputs for legitimate property-marketing activities.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and any product-specific restrictions, you may use outputs generated for you through the Services in connection with your legitimate business activities.

SuiteOne does not guarantee:

  • that generated output is eligible for copyright protection;
  • that output will be unique;
  • that similar output will not be generated for others;
  • that output will be free of every possible third-party claim.

18. Customer Responsibility for Publication

ListingOne currently uses manual delivery and publication workflows for supported Marketing Assets.

Unless SuiteOne expressly identifies a direct provider integration, ListingOne does not directly publish customer content to:

  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • an MLS;
  • other third-party marketing providers.

You are responsible for the final decision to publish or deliver content and for confirming that the content satisfies applicable:

  • factual requirements;
  • brokerage policies;
  • MLS requirements;
  • advertising standards;
  • professional obligations;
  • fair-housing requirements;
  • laws and regulations.

19. Professional Use

SuiteOne products may support professionals, organizations, property owners, associations, and other users.

SuiteOne does not currently independently verify professional licenses or credentials for ListingOne users.

If your activities require:

  • a professional license;
  • brokerage authorization;
  • organizational authority;
  • property-owner authorization;
  • association authority;
  • other legal or contractual permission,

you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that authority.

20. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services.

Prohibited uses include using the Services to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • infringe intellectual-property or other rights;
  • impersonate another person or organization unlawfully;
  • commit fraud or deception;
  • upload malicious software or harmful content;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, entitlement, authorization, tenant isolation, or security controls;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks;
  • interfere with the operation or availability of the Services;
  • use abusive automated access, scraping, or extraction methods contrary to authorized product functionality;
  • provide content or information you do not have authority to use;
  • misuse generated content for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.

SuiteOne may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect the Services, customers, and others.

21. Security

You may not attempt to defeat, circumvent, probe, exploit, or interfere with SuiteOne security except through an expressly authorized security-testing program, if one is offered.

SuiteOne uses security controls intended to protect accounts and customer information, but no Internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your credentials and devices.

Contact SuiteOne promptly at hello@suiteone.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

22. Third-Party Services

SuiteOne relies on third-party services to provide portions of the Services.

These may include providers for:

  • hosting;
  • databases and storage;
  • authentication;
  • payments;
  • email;
  • artificial intelligence;
  • mapping;
  • other product functionality.

Current providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and OpenAI, along with other providers used by specific SuiteOne products.

Your use of certain third-party functionality may also be subject to the provider's terms or policies.

SuiteOne is not responsible for third-party services to the extent responsibility legally belongs to the third-party provider.

23. Service Changes

SuiteOne may improve, modify, add, replace, or discontinue features as its products evolve.

SuiteOne will endeavor to manage material changes responsibly and in a manner consistent with applicable obligations.

Not every feature shown in documentation, planning materials, demonstrations, previews, or future-product descriptions is necessarily part of your current subscription.

The functionality actually available in your subscribed product and plan governs your current access.

24. Service Availability

SuiteOne works to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Availability may be affected by:

  • maintenance;
  • software defects;
  • third-party providers;
  • Internet connectivity;
  • security events;
  • external platforms;
  • circumstances beyond SuiteOne's reasonable control.

SuiteOne may temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary to:

  • maintain the Services;
  • address security risks;
  • comply with legal requirements;
  • respond to misuse;
  • protect customers or the platform.

25. Suspension

SuiteOne may suspend some or all productive access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • nonpayment;
  • a subscription not being in good standing;
  • security risk;
  • suspected unauthorized access;
  • material misuse;
  • material violation of these Terms;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • risks to SuiteOne, customers, or third parties.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, SuiteOne may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Suspension of productive access does not automatically require deletion of customer-created historical work.

26. Termination

You may stop using SuiteOne and may cancel paid subscriptions through the supported processes.

SuiteOne may terminate access or an account where permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Termination of:

  • a product subscription;
  • a product entitlement;
  • a SuiteOne account

may have different consequences.

SuiteOne does not currently represent that cancelling a product subscription automatically deletes your account or historical work.

27. Data After Termination

SuiteOne may retain information following subscription cancellation, suspension, or account termination where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • historical customer access;
  • billing;
  • security;
  • audit;
  • dispute resolution;
  • legal obligations;
  • legitimate service operation.

SuiteOne does not currently maintain one universal fixed retention period for all categories of information.

Customers may contact hello@suiteone.app regarding account or data requests.

The availability of deletion or continued access may depend on applicable law and the nature of the information.

28. Intellectual Property — SuiteOne

The Services, including SuiteOne's software, visual systems, trademarks, logos, documentation, product interfaces, and other SuiteOne-created materials, are owned by SuiteOne or its licensors except where otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of SuiteOne's intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription or entitlement, SuiteOne grants you a limited right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit SuiteOne's software or proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by SuiteOne or applicable law.

29. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about SuiteOne or its products, SuiteOne may use that feedback to improve its products and services.

Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of unrelated Customer Content.

30. Privacy

SuiteOne's collection and use of personal information is described in the SuiteOne Privacy Policy.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy serve different purposes and should be read together.

31. Support

Commercial-v1 customer support is available through:

hello@suiteone.app

SuiteOne may also provide public support or help surfaces within the Services.

Unless SuiteOne expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the availability of support does not create a guaranteed response-time or service-level commitment.

32. Communications

You agree that SuiteOne may send transactional communications necessary to operate your account and Services.

These may include:

  • authentication;
  • security;
  • billing;
  • subscription;
  • product;
  • support;
  • material service or policy communications.

You are responsible for maintaining an email address at which you can receive important account communications.

Marketing communications, if introduced, may be governed by additional choices and legal requirements.

33. Electronic Communications

When you use SuiteOne, create an account, or transact electronically, you may receive notices and records electronically.

34. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SuiteOne does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated or AI-assisted content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently reviewing generated content and third-party service behavior before relying on it.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuiteOne's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to SuiteOne for the applicable Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. SuiteOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

36. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SuiteOne against claims arising from your Customer Content, your lack of authority to provide it, your unlawful use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

37. Governing Law and Venue

SuiteOne LLC is organized in Missouri and has its public business mailing address in Farmington, Missouri. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

38. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a formal proceeding, you agree to first contact SuiteOne at hello@suiteone.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

39. Changes to These Terms

SuiteOne may update these Terms as its Services, business, or legal obligations evolve.

SuiteOne intends to provide appropriate notice of material changes, and continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

40. Assignment

SuiteOne may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without SuiteOne's consent.

41. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. SuiteOne's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the SuiteOne Privacy Policy and any product-specific supplemental terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.

43. Product-Specific Terms

Certain SuiteOne products may require additional terms because of their functionality, customers, integrations, or legal requirements.

SuiteOne may adopt product-specific supplemental terms where appropriate.

For the initial ListingOne Commercial-v1 launch, these Terms are intended to establish the primary contractual framework, with ListingOne-specific provisions incorporated where necessary.

Future products may require additional provisions.

Product-specific supplemental terms should be introduced deliberately rather than by creating unnecessary independent agreements for every SuiteOne product.

44. U.S.-Focused Commercial Availability

SuiteOne's initial commercial launch is focused on customers in the United States.

The fact that a website or online Service may technically be accessible from another country does not mean SuiteOne intentionally offers every product or Service in that jurisdiction.

SuiteOne may restrict availability by jurisdiction, product, payment capability, legal requirements, or operational readiness.

45. Export and Legal Restrictions

You may not use the Services in violation of applicable trade, export-control, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

46. Force Majeure

SuiteOne is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Internet or telecommunications failures, cloud-provider outages, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or cyber incidents.

47. Notices

SuiteOne currently uses electronic communications for ordinary account, billing, product, security, and support communications.

SuiteOne's current public business mailing address is:

SuiteOne LLC 614 Walmart Dr PMB #109 Farmington, MO 63640-3315 United States

General customer and support communications may be directed to:

hello@suiteone.app

48. Policy and Agreement Acceptance

Before Commercial-v1 launch, customers should have conspicuous access to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy during relevant account and commercial flows.

SuiteOne provides linked access to these Terms and the Privacy Policy from its commercial and account surfaces.

49. Relationship to Privacy Policy

The SuiteOne Privacy Policy describes SuiteOne's handling of personal information.

These Terms govern the contractual use of the Services.

The two documents should be interpreted consistently but serve different purposes.

Where a product requires additional privacy or contractual disclosures, SuiteOne may provide supplemental notices or terms.

50. Contact and Support

For general questions, product support, billing assistance, or other customer inquiries:

SuiteOne LLC 614 Walmart Dr PMB #109 Farmington, MO 63640-3315 United States

Email: hello@suiteone.app

SuiteOne does not currently promise a specific support response time or service-level agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.
